Book Direct

Same homes, same hosts, without the platform fee.

Every Solaris Stays property is designed, owned and hosted by us. Booking direct means you deal with the practice that designed the place, and the booking fee that would normally go to a platform stays out of the price.

How it works

  1. Send an enquiry. Tell us the property, your dates and how many people are coming.

    1. We confirm and quote. We check the calendar and reply with a total price and the terms in writing, usually within 24 hours.

      1. Pay and you are booked. Settle by bank transfer or PayPal, whichever suits you. The booking is confirmed once payment clears.

Payment

Bank transfer or PayPal, whichever you prefer. Bank transfer avoids processing fees. PayPal costs a little more and carries buyer protection, which some guests prefer for a first booking. We send account details with your quote. Please do not send payment before you have written confirmation from us.

Cancellations

TO CONFIRM: this will mirror the Airbnb cancellation policy Cyndy runs. Wording to be added once confirmed.

Good to know

Check in is after 3pm and check out is before 10am. Guest numbers vary by property and are confirmed with your quote.
