The house was lovely. Large well proportioned rooms. Light and airy. Lots of space. The open family kitchen lounge diner was great for hanging out. It was very clean and tidy and well stocked with toiletries linen towels etc. Especially as we were staying for several weeks. The park was excellent. Close to bus and tram lines. It was an excellent base for us to explore Melbourne and beyond.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cyndy's place. They are just really respectful, decent people trying to earn some money. When the rice cooker didn't work one night we were delivered not one, but two replacements within 30 minutes on a Sunday night. The kitchen was VERY well equipped, the beds were super comfortable, showers hot and everything clean.

A very spacious and beautifully styled family apartment. Walking distance to restaurants, cars and lots of options for free parking. They even provided nice weather!

The host was friendly and responsive, they gave really clear instructions on how to access the property. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained, and the main communal areas were well decorated. The kitchen had enough cutlery and crockery for all the people staying at the house.

Really good location, close to tram line and bus stations. Very convenient and easy to get to and from the CBD. Good spaces, lots of room. Well equipped kitchen with mostly everything you need! Very good communication from the hosts. Would stay again!

Stayed here with a group of 6 and it was perfect. Great location close to the tram stops as well as easy stroll to close by restaurants and bars. House was clean and nice and spacious.

A hidden gem in North Melbourne, super close to a tram stop that takes you to the heart of the city and Queen Victoria markets. Really nice and great value!

We had a great stay. When we arrived the wifi wasn't working in the room and they kindly provided another modem. The other family there was kind and respectful and quiet. 10 to 15 minute walk to a good grocery store, restaurants and cafes, and a great park. 5 minute walk to the 96 tram line straight into the city.

Friendly and responsive team with a very solid place to offer. I used it as a basecamp as I spent most of my time out and about, but it was a nice homely vibe to come back to and had all the solitude you need after socialising all day.

Great place to stay if you want to be within easy walk or tram trip to Fitzroy, Collingwood or Carlton. Rooms are nice and big, beds comfortable, kitchen and laundry amenities very clean and well maintained. Host was friendly, communicated clearly and was really responsive to make sure our check in was easy.

Cyndy's place was comfortable and clean with great amenity nearby. Easy access to trams, shops and restaurants within a five minute walk. A great location to explore Melbourne from and has everything you need. Would very happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay. Apartment was clean, comfy and relaxing, in a great location, and the private car garage really helped. The hosts were amazing and helped to return to me an item which I had left in the apartment.

The house was perfect and the hosts were helpful allowing us to drop our luggage off as our flight landed early. We enjoyed our stay and 100% recommend the place!

Place was awesome and close to tram line. Felt like a safe neighbourhood too. We loved staying here and would recommend to larger groups of people.

Peaceful location, particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds. As a base for exploring it works well. Bread Club and the nearby fish and chips worth checking out.
